A genuine mood maker for any garden!

How to take care of a Bougainvillea White?

This plant reminds us of sunny Mediterranean holidays, where these brightly coloured flowers grow against the walls. The Bougainvillea originated in Brazil and is a real sun worshipper.

The plant requires a lot of water, especially in the summer, in order to flower well and sometimes needs watering every day. Ensure good drainage in the pot, so that excess water can drain away. Feed every two weeks for optimal growth. When autumn arrives and temperatures drop, give the plant less water. Night frost will not immediately harm the Bourgainvillea but move the plant indoors if it gets really cold.
